With renovations complete, the Sarah Bush Lincoln Surgery Clinic moved to Suite 101 on the west end of the first floor of the Health Center. The clinic can be accessed from Entrances A and F with free valet parking at Entrance A. It opened in its new space on August 26.
The clinic is home to Surgeons Curtis Green, DO, Kellie Jones-Monahan, MD, and Brad Wilson, MD, and mid-level provider Bethany Cottrill, PA-C. Their phone number remains the same, 217 258-4020. The new space, previously used by METS, offers the clinic more space and efficiencies.
Surgeon Todd Bierman, MD, is joining the clinic in early September. Dr. Bierman, a native of Newton, began his undergraduate degree at Lake Land College, receiving a BA at St. Louis University. He earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford and completed a general surgery residency at University of South Alabama Medical Center.
Sarah Bush Lincoln Neurology Clinic will move from SBL Family Medical Center to Suite 107 on the west end of the first floor of the Health Center on Sept. 13 and will be open on Sept. 16. The clinic can easily be accessed from Entrance F. The new office, in the former Heart Center space, allows the neurologists quicker access to patients arriving in the Emergency Department in crisis and those hospitalized in need of a neurological evaluation.
The clinic accommodates Neurologists Fatima Alao, MD, and Anthony Collins, MD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist Derek Phillips, PsyD, and mid-level providers Taylee Eldridge, APRN, and Jill Thompson, APRN. EEG and EMG testing will be also be available in the clinic. The clinic’s phone number will change to 217 258-4096.
