The Sarah Bush Lincoln Advanced Wound Center will be temporarily relocated to allow for renovations that will provide more space and be more comfortable for its patients.
Renovations of the third floor on the west side of the Health Center, will begin April 14 and last through the end of the year. During this time, the Advanced Wound Center will be temporarily located to 200 Professional Plaza located on the street north of Prairie Pavilion 2. Patients can access it directly off of Loxa Road.
The hyperbaric chamber, which provides concentrated oxygen to aid in the healing of wounds, will remain on the third floor. Patients receiving hyperbaric treatments, will continue to report to the third floor and staff members will assist them.
The six-month-long renovation will open up the third floor hallway to create more space and will include the renovation and expansion of the SBL Urology Clinic as well. Urology patients will continue to report to the third floor for care.
